Wholistic Womban: Living Balanced

is a community for wom(b)en to feel seen and know that they as a wom(b)an come first. Our community’s focus is on the overall wellness of wom(b)en, where we offer various services such as wellness workshops, yoga, and events that inform the community on health issues that are prominent within wom(b)en of color. The goal of the events are for attendees to leave with information on how to incorporate wholistic wellness in their day to day lives.

Often times, we as wom(b)en can get lost in our day to day jobs, being a mother, a wife, and within the many other hats that we wear.

When I created Wholistic Womban it was during a time where I began to stand in my power as a wom(b)an, as Christina Crowder, who was more than just a mother, student, and partner. I lost who I was and had no clue what I liked to do or even how to spend time with myself. It was until I attended a yoga class and I began finding myself, I began to become FREE..

Meet Christina

I began my yoga journey about 10 years ago and each time I left a practice I found myself coming back to the mat more and more every time.

Yoga gives me a since of freedom that I’ve never felt before. I am amazed as my mind and body work together and form beautiful asanas (poses) that allow me to tap deeper into my spirit.

Yoga is more than a physical workout, it is life, it is your breath, it is Freedom! Feeling this sense of bliss is what has pushed me into becoming a yoga instructor, to teach and inspire my community to this same feeling of freedom! I welcome you to join me in being FREE!
